There all good but there are some differences:
27 spline / figure eight pattern / bolt on rear yoke
27 spline / figure eight pattern / rear slip yoke
10 spline / figure eight pattern / bolt on rear yoke
10 spline / figure eight pattern / rear slip yoke
32 spline / figure eight pattern / bolt on rear yoke
32 spline / figure eight pattern / rear slip yoke
32 spline / round pattern / bolt on rear yoke
32 spline / round pattern / rear slip yoke
On the figure eight pattern cases there are also front out-put shaft differences - most are 30 spline square flange for a Saginaw CV but the early years are a bolt on 10 spline yoke for a Spicer style CV .
The 27 spline cases were mated to TH350 tranny's .
The 10 spline cases were mated to 465 4-speed and other manual tranny's that were offered .
The 32 spline cases were mated to TH400 and later model 465 tranny's . Also there are differnces in the 32 spline input gear lengths too - the round pattern cases had a longer input gear .
There are some 205's that were offerd in trucks that had the auto locking hubs that came with a different internal shifter arrangement and rear front output shaft cover but they will still bolt up the same as the rest of the 205's if needed.
HTH if more info is needed just hollar , Tom
