While at the junk yard today, I thought I would see how much a 205 would run me. I asked the guy for a 205, with adapter for 350, front/rear drive shafts and crossmember. He wants $450....what do you think? by the way, this is out of a blazer, looks 1976-78.

If no cutting of the shafts involved, everything works fine, and you need all the parts included, I'd say its a decent deal.

"Need" is relative as my 203 is working fine at the moment. Just an upgrade I'm looking at for the future, and probably as a doubler. The driveshafts will be complete, if I decide to spend that $$ today.....

If you're going to do a doubler, you need to find one with a short 32 spline input. They came from th400's. The t-case housing is also different, you need the housing with the large bearing hole, like a case from a th400.
