205 vss

i've searched and found info but no pics,i want to do this to my 91 burb
i have the 700r4 the fits all adaptor the (350/205 adaptor)205 and the 241 with vss still..
what the hell do i do next???
this my work truck, please i need all the help i can get...

Search dakota digital and advanced adaptors, that should get you going in the right direction.

Also just put 205 vss and ck5 or pirate4x4 into google and you should find it too,

what size hole are you drilling into the 205?local machine shop says biggest bit they have is 500,i'm not trying to that lazy i'm pulling eveything apart to get it done.i called but i dont know what size to tell them

I wouldn't call them a machine shop if the biggest drill bit they have is 1/2"


What sensor do you have? Measure the threads. Are you drilling and tapping the 205 output housing or welding on a threaded boss?

i think i remember the hole size is around 3/4's

Can you post pictures of what you are trying to do? Does the sensor have a nut on the inside?

no, not yet. i had to let my membership slip away for a little while.
you know with the economy/job rates going so well and all

i would not even be playing with this if my 241 wasn't pissing fluid all over the place. po did something cool fingerd rtv aound the whole thing and the broken ear on the vss housing and nothing in between the split housing
i had 2 np205 laying around 1 hole slip yoke and a fixed yoke for parts
