I think up to $300 a good deal. Make sure you know what it came out of. Chevy, Dodge and Ford all used 205s
it depends on what # of splines it is. 32 or 31 spline will probably be worth more.
I had a guy pay $200 for a 10 spline 205 with no adapter. I thought he was nuts. In my area a 205 is not that hard to find. maybe I spend too much time in junkyards.

you can find 31 spline ford ones all the time for under $100. Same with 10 spline (older manual trans vers) chevy ones. 27 spline demand a little more cash, and the th400 one can go for $300+.

depends what tranny it came off of. 31/32spline bring in the good money. 10/27 spline arent worth as much

I was offered one for a turbo 350 (27 spline)? for 175 in almost new shape, but it has a slip yoke output
