has anyone clocked thiers and still ran full true duals?
i wanna clock my 208 flat but I may leave it down so i can run true duals. or i could run both pipes down the driver side....hmmmm

I think I've seen both ran down the opposite side but that's about all I can tell ya there.

How far up does the mild setting move the tcase drop?

So can I assume the bottom of the tcase will be 4.5" higher? Am I interpreting that correct?

Also, what about oiling issues for the 208 on a DD? Has anybody figured this out?

The 4.5" refers to the centerline of the front output. I have't heard of anybody having oiling issues with this much rotation.
