Guys how do you replace the bushing????

I have a weird grinding noise at around 5-10 mph it just developed, i bought the bushing and the seal, took it to a shop told the people to replace it and they only replaced the damn seal...so now i will do it myself.
Thanks.

I'm assuming you're talking about the tail housing bushing? If so just remove the tail housing and use the appropiate bushing driver and remove the old bushing and drive the new one in place. This might require you to also remove that new seal (new one will be needed again).

ahhh ok, thanks.... what would be the efects of a bad bushing?

The driveshaft yoke rides on this bushing and it centers the yoke in the bore, Having a badly worn bushing can create excessive loads on the output bearing and gear train.
