1/2 ton status
i got a 6" lift on my k5 and it keeps falling out of 4h to 2h and then it falls out of 4L to N and im not sure whats wrong....i heard i have to lengthen some linkage 1" or so...what link is that? anyone have any pics of it?

Mine did the same thing.I dont have a lift but im running 31.5 10 bfg mt's. It's was a little washer in the case in the went into a 1000 piece's. And that messed up the shifting fork .Had to rebuild the case.

here is what happened to my 208 when it fell out.
it happens all the time, if its in 4wheel anywhere and i give it gas it jumps out. i guess ill drop it and see whats going on with it, how much did it cost to rebuild it? or should i just get a used one?o ya...those pics are nuts...i didnt no that could happen. i like ur cat by the way. thanks for the input guys

My buddy rebuilt his for 100 or so bucks and the cheapist one i can find here is 250.00 at the bone yard.PS I broke my alluminum case in half 5 minuites into the trip out wheelin and it started wheelin,and it would slip out of gear like yours then 4 hours later it fell completly out.
Rebuild it.
