Carson Racer series race car enclosed trailer. It's 24 feet long not including tounge and 8' - 6" wide and 6' - 8" tall. It's a regular tag trailer not a gooseneck or fifth wheel. Looks like this:

But white. Has large side door and diamond plate stone guard in front. It's rated at 10k pounds and has trailer brakes. Dovetail in the back to aid in loading vehicles and has full fold down ramp in back with spring assist. Has 2 interior lights with wall switch powered by tow vehicle. The trailer is about a year old and has been used once to haul camping gear and tools to a club event and has since been in storage. Paid $7900 not including tax and license in January of 2003 and would like $6500 OBO. Located in Bakersfield, CA. I'm going to be getting it out of storage shortly and washing it, I'll get some good pics of it then.

Ok, the rear door opening is 6' 6-1/4" tall and 7' 6" wide. The side door is 4' x 6' and the axles are 6 lug 5200 pound.

Anyway, I opened it up for the first time in months to take some pics and noticed this:

Where the heck did that come from? Then I looked up:

Great, I guess someone got a little too drunk at new years and decided to shoot into the air and my trailer was just lucky enough to catch the bullet on it's way down, so now theres a 3/8" hole in the ceiling. I'm going to seal it with silicone to keep it water tight.

These are the only other pictures I have:

I'm getting a read disk error on the other pics I took so it looks like I get to go back.

Tell the local PD about that bullet.
They might be looking for some evidence on someone that they got a call on.
I've heard of this happening here in LA and the guy who was under "suspicion", was convicted based on the physical evidence recovered from a bullet that ended up in a guy's motorcycle seat.

PS: nice trailer! Wish I had the funds.

Just be thankful that the trailer caught the bullet instead of someone else!!!

Ah damn you got my hopes all up that someone may be interested in the trailer /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Yeah I'm definately glad that it didn't hit me in the head...
