241 noises

So my t-case (241) has been making wierd noises. Ive fully rebuilt it when I got it, so I never heard it before. It makes a rythmic grinding that increases as speed increases. So I tear the thing apart and find out its the planetary making the noises, but nothing seems to be wrong with it. There is no excessive wear that I can see.

I bought the case from a guy I cant remember on these forums, and he had a clocking ring on it and the bolt werent long enough and the case fell of the trans on the trail, so im thinking that possibly the planetary input is bent somehow???

Ideas?

how long have you had the tcase in the k5 and driving before you heard the sound? you got the sye on it too right?

Its been noticable since right after I put it in. I've got the sye, I want to get the e-brake too, but HAD wants me to buy thier flange cause mine "wont work". But I dont have the money for the flange too right now. So a tear down could be possible in the future if needed.
