My '90 burb has the electronic speedo. I have a spare t-case with the mechanical speedo. Does anyone know if I get the SYE from ORD (JP Conversions SYE KIT) will it be a direct fit on the mechanical speedo t-case?

Yes, it should fit both.

therre is a different kit for the mechanical speedo one

The kit for the electronic speedo is considerably shorter so I would stay with that setup.
