2wd body 4wd frame?

I am wanting to know if there is anything different about the 2wd bodies vs. the 4wd bodies? I know about the center floor hump being larger in the 4wd, but is there anything else? I am looking into putting a 79 2wd body on a 76 4wd frame. These are long bed pickups. Just needin some info

77 one ton frame with 86 2x4 body on it. just did body lift to clear the hump.

with your vintage you might be able to unbolt the hump and swap it to the doner body.

did 79 have a bolt out hump on a 2x4? I don't recall it on my blazer 4x4. Hopefully it all works out well. Is that the only issue being the hump?
