Anybody know a company making tubular control arms that keep stop height for an 82 c20. I can find the lowering arms but am not interested in lowering it.

car-part is for used parts, I want to get new tubular arms instead of rebuilding the factory arms on my c20

Ooooooh, you want replacement parts or something like a lift setup?

Doubt anyone makes factory replacement tubular arms. Not really seeing the use in that.

Yes zombie thread.... But...

I was googling tubular control arms and i found this thread. I found these a second ago.

Looking for same thing on my truggy, hoping for more of an extended type.

I hear CST suspension used to make a long travel kit so I emailed them to see if any info is available.

I feel like its not that easy, or the kits for trucks wouldnt cost $4000. I think alot of thought will have to go into angles to get it all setup right and work well.

It's probably not that easy....
But, it's probably not that hard either.

Take the stock control arm design, add whatever travel u need.
(+2, +4...)

Make sure they follow the centerline of the spindle.
Make sure the central support clears everything, too.

What's so difficult?:dunno:
if it was a knuckle, I could see the problem.
But a control arm, is a control arm.
