2wd cradle?

Anyone know if the front suspension cradle from a c30 will bolt up to a c10 frame? I just picked up a c10 roller for an upcoming project and the upper A arm area and bump stop are really rusted. Thanks for any input.

What year are you dealing with? This may not help you but i swapped all the C30 front suspension off the crossmember onto a C10 crossmember. In my case i swapped an 87 1 ton parts onto a 70 1/2 ton.

That part will be the same, anythig from where the frame goes straight under the cab things become different, the frame section is taller on 1 tons so transmission crossmembers don't bolt up.
Anything in the engine bay should be the same.

This sounds like something I have considered. Swapping the front of a C20/30 into the K5 and doing an 8 lug street rod.

I think there was a member who had a similar K5 for sale but never posted any pics. At least then I wouldn't have to swap the rear out.

This would be sweet if it really works. I've been thinking of buying a 2wd dually and swapping the parts onto the 88 Burb. Ideally it'd be the whole chassis, but I dont think the frame is the same length and I'm not good enough to start cutting and welding frames.

Well I already have a dually frame with the 2wd suspension I could sell you the parts.
I also have single wheel 1 ton front spindles and hubs if you want to put regular wheels upfront.
