2wd lower control arms

Anyone know if there is a difference between c10 and c20 lower control arms? Also, I know lower ball joints have different shaft size, but is the base of the ball joint the same size?
(doing a 3/4 ton swap on a c10)

I believe that the base is the same size. As long as the years are about the same, the control arms should be the same. It maybe worth a trip to the you pull it to take some measurements. The Pick and pull in Rancho Cordova has a bunch of c10's and 20's. They also have the vans with similar front ends. Because they are the same, it may not be worth changing them out unless they are damaged.

Chevy duty lists 2 seperate part numbers... so there must be some difference?

Most of the 2WD 3/4tons I have seen still had the metal control arm bushings. The 1/2 tons switched to rubber bushings in 1973. That might be your difference. Not sure of any other dimensions.
