2wd steering box/crossover question

will any 2wd steering box work for a crossover set up? what i have is a 1980 2wd 1 ton dually it also has the hyro assist brakes is it hade to swap that to a vaccume assist truck?

the old style had diffrent line fittings. but will bolt up to your frame just need to use pump and hoses to fit. swap the whole setup.

The early ones were standard and the new are metric but you should be able to get an adaptor at a hose shop for the box.

It may be exaxtly what you're looking for if your rig is 1980 or earlier. I believe the switch to different fittings was in 1981.
