No on the hangers for now as that is what is holding the suspension on.

Yes on the flares and yes on the headers.

The doors are $25 a piece.

The fenders go with the body.

I want $1500 for the body. I have one person interested in the Body, so let me ask him if he wants the fenders. Drivers has a crease in it that was previously fixed. Very slight.
