I have the stock 56 inch springs and a set from a 87 1 ton.

These are going back in my 3/4 pick up. I use this for hauling dirt, trash, whatever........ and like to hit the trails with it too. Prolly 60% on road, 40% off.

I will be doing a shackle flip in the future, but not right away. Will run 35-36's at that time.

Thanks,

Steve

There are also light duty 56's out of some Suburbans. They are 5 I beleive. They flex well but they are only 1/2 ton rated I believe.

I've got a quick question
So if you're going to put a lifted spring pack on are there adavantages for say going up a rating. For example putting a 3/4 ton or 1ton 6in lift pack on a blazer. I know they are stock half tons but what if you have 1ton axels? Or does the rating have nothing to do with the axles and just weight.

Just weight, nothin to do with the axles. you can use any 73- 87 chevy spring on any truck (if its the correct length)

Just now getting a chance to post up.....

The 3/4 ton pack has 8 leaves and the 1 ton pack has 9.

I think I'm going to use the 1 ton pack and use the 3/4's for a future project.
