I have a 3/4 ton dana 44 with drum brakes and I have a 3/4 ton 10 bolt with disk brakes I need to know if the roters and calapers will bolt on to the dana 44, any info would help thanks.

If it's open knuckle swap the knuckles out. The drum spindle bolt pattern is not good for disc as it rotates the caliper forward along the top of the rotor, you want the caliper to the back of the rotor. May also have issues w/ inner and outer axles and the u-joints being different sizes (260x v. 297x). Why not swap in complete 10 bolt?

I have the 10Bin it know and I was wantin to run the dana 44, thay both have 4.11 gears and worn hubs, but the 10 bolt has 2 diffrent worn hobs.

So if its open knuckles I can swap them to the dana 44, but the axles are diffrent size, Is the axles in the 10 bolt bigger than the dana 44? If so I will stay with the 10 bolt, but I was under the impression that the dana 44 was better.

Do thay make a converson u-joint for the axles?
Thanks
