3/4 ton front spring rate

Does anyone know what the stock spring rate is for a '78 3/4 ton, or know where I might find this info? I will be ordering 4'' front springs and a shackle flip for my dad's 3/4 ton soon and he is making a big deal about keeping the spring rate as close to stock as possible. He will be carrying a large cab-over camper often and pulling a small trailer at the same time.

Around 550 lbs/in in front and 290 lbs/in in the rear

It's got to be a lot more than that for the rear or something. The rear is much stiffer than the front on a K20.

I'd get a Rough Country kit. That's going to be as stiff or stiffer than stock. In fact, any lift spring for the rear will be stiffer than stock to maintain a higher arch unless it has tons of thin leaves.
