Will 3/4 ton springs from a suburban bolt on to my 90 K5 in place of the stock springs ?, and will they add any lift ?, the stock springs on my blazer are sagging a little and im looking for a spring that will bolt on in place of the stock springs, if the 3/4 ton springs won`t work, then I will just buy new springs.

This is from ORD's site in refernce to rear lift springs:

REAR SPRINGS
The most common rear spring is the 52" found on K5's, 1/2Ts and many Subs and 3/4T trucks. We recommend measuring your existing springs before ordering replacements, just to make sure of what you have. The springs are measured along the length of the main leaf when the spring is FLAT, if you measure your springs when they're arched, you will get an incorrect measurement.

I would think they would make a much stiffer ride. I would also suspect there would be some "lift" resulting from the springs. I suppose you could maybe pull a leaf or two out.

If it were me, I would order some Tuff Country springs from ORD. Or you could get a 1" zero rate if your just looking to level the truck.

they will bolt up if they are the same length, you can get either 52" or 56" in the 3/4 ton burbs/trucks. they will not give you any lift maybe 1/4-1/2" if anything because they may have an extra leaf or 2.

you have the 52" springs in there now
