So I'm sorry but I guess I missed it, but so I have it straight... !5's fit 3/4 ton's if they either have 2.5" of backspacing, OR with some grinding on the front caliper? No problems with the rear drums at all?

Yeah...mine are like 4" of bs...no problems at all in the rear...the front took quite a bit of grinding but its worth it b/c tires for 15's are plentiful and quite a bit cheaper...
