Lil bitch woke me up this morning early, I guess they needed a little help understanding they are not welcome here anymore, it's been awhile since the last time, it must have slipped their minds...This should keep them at bay for another month or so, but Spring is rapidly aproaching and there will just be one more litter to deal with but it won't be from her... ;)

Well they woke me up at 4am and then made the mistake of coming around twelve hours later for a midnight snack, my sons new scope barrel combo is bad ass and dead on at 50Yds....Not to mention ability to lay down a snare in the right place...:eek1:

Well I am gettin up at 4 am tomorrow to see if I can bag one out here! I will post up if I get one. If I don't my head will lay low in shame.

Well the new guy missed the shot and horses scared off the other one we were trying to bring in. Next week. I hate it when my hunting partner brings a new guy out!

Yup by the time I get home the new savage .17 hmr will be in and waiting for me. :D

Well fumes I dissapointed you and made you proud all in about an hour today. I was able to call in a coyote this morning but missed when I took a few shots at him. So I decided to see if I could find him by driving around the hill he was on and call him on the other side. As I am doing a pup in distress call I see another one very young coyote yelping at my distress call so I have officially bagged my second coyote this morning but I have no pictures to prove it. I will try to get some pics of the next ones to come.

We have a bunch of Coyotes around my place as well. I hate to see destruction of wild animals but I'm concerned about my kid given the number of documented attacks in recent history.

:haha: Don't be too mad at yerself, I called one into the back yard the other day and when I stepped out onto the deck and put the crosshairs on his chest the gun jammed and would not fire...:doah:

:eek1: Still using that electronic call? What sound are you using. I have the primos mouth and reed calls along with a raspy coaxer and I have called more in using the coyote in distress than howling or rabbit calls.
