coils... w/ bilsteins... i used RE joints and 3/8 wall tubing on the lowers and RE/heims w/ .120 wall tubing for the uppers... will try to finish the sheet metal tomorrow so it can get the inside of the cab area sprayed w/ rhino on monday... i gotta wheel this next sunday at morris mtn. because we are headed to tellico the weekend after...

update... i FINALLY got the sheetmetal finished in the cab and is will go to rhino tomorrow... i thought i would never get out from under that welding helmet... 4 strait hours, but man it was worth it...

Post up some pics...

Where is the rhino lining place in columbus? How do they charge? I thought about getting a few things lined myself...

they are on bradley park... and they are reasonable... just call and ask for sammy...

here are some pics from tellico last weekend... this thing works great w/ a 1600lb. diet... trail ready, 3980lbs... no passengers...

wow awesome work! i usually hate buggies.. but since ur body was complete ****.. i guess it didnt matter! good time to go truggie, and great work too.

very nice... looks like you could have made the top quite a bit lower and still had plenty of headroom though...

it does give that illusion, but i have about six inches above my head and i wanted to make sure that i didn't hit my head in the event of a rollover... my wife and i have also been in the saddle for 3 strait days so even w/ corbeau baja seats we had pounded our spines about 5 inches shorter it seems...

the rear coils are from rustys offroad, and they are from a 2.5 lift from a TJ... they are really soft, but they work great for a 4k lb rig...

i do still have plans for sheetmetal in the front... k5 fenders and a 4in cowl hood w/ a 1/8" bar "billet" grill that will protect the front engine compartment...
