30 year old k5 frame

well its time for a revamp for my 75 k5, upgrading to dana 60, 205 & 14 bolt,was putting it up on blocks & noticed when i jacked it up from the center of the frame on drivers side, the frame was bowing up in the middle & when I jacked up from the front end the frame bowed down. this was enough for the bottom or the top of the front fender to touch the door. any input on stiffening the frame up some would be of great help to me, thanks

Yeah, there isn't much else to do with a worn out frame and assume it will be reliable...
