Looks good to me!!!!! Good luck with the sale. Hope you get what you want for it.

Thanks, we love our house, no chance we would be moving if we weren't headed out of state. I will have to post the mls link tomorrow, its not up yet.

We are moving to Evergreen/Idaho Springs area. Over into Clear Creek county. No way we will end up in Jeff CO. We will be outside of town in the hills somewhere.

Thats exactly what im looking for, just in great falls
Its not a bad commute! :haha:
We are going to miss this house, acres and shop, but family first. The shop can be rebuilt. Just hoping we find something down in CO that i don't have to do a ton of dirt work on.

Yes we are still moving, just as soon as our house sells. We have an offer on a short sale that we will find out on the end of this month, so we will see what happens there.

Funny, this is where my brother lived (Evergreen), before moving TO Billings. :haha:

Good luck on the sale of your home......

That is funny, he must have moved for a job though, no other good reasons to be up here!

He was a definitley a cowboy at heart. Born and raised in Cody so Billings is "Big Time" for him. He drove down to Denver each day for his job and finally got burned out of Denver traffic. He loved it up in Evergreen for sure. If I remember correctly, Evergreen is a cool place! :waytogo:

He has passed away now but his wife and 4 kids still live in Billings and we go up and see them as much as we can.
