Need complete tbi setup including ecm and dizzy would be nice

What are you looking to convert? I have a '79 K5 with a Howell harness or an '87 k10 with dual tanks.

Ok, so that is easier than a truck since only one pump. This '79 has some aftermarket fuel lines, but was running until the guy killed the 350. I have not pulled anything out of it so I do not have any pics or necessarily any time frame for getting pics of,or parts pulled. Where are you located? Maybe someone is close to you?

Is it a 350? Because from what I've read parts aren't interchangeable. I live in mulvane ks. And the sooner I can get it running the better.( dad doesn't like the new lawn ornament lol)

The '79 is a 350, the '87 is a 305. Between the two there would be a good conversion for you, most of the parts are the same, but I may be slow on getting parts out right now. I have lots to get done as of lately. Did your carb have a problem? The fastest way to get it off the lawn of course is fix what you have. Maybe if you post up in the garage, we could help you fix it to keep your Dad happy while you collect parts??? Just a suggestion.

How long do you think it would take you? And how much are you asking?

This is rather lame of me to say, but it would probably take me a couple of weeks since I would need to dig into two trucks. I am not sure on dollars as I hadn't put any thought into it. I know that the harness is $325 new, ECM would be $50, then you would also need intake, throttle body, distributor, coil and sensors.

If you wanna put some thought into the price my dad is actually out of town now so I could wait a little bit for you to get parts

Oh crap! now I have to use my little peanut??!! :doah: I will do that and get back to you.

So i didn't have any luck as I found the TBI needs throttle shaft bushings, so it needs built as well as the distributor is worn out too. Sorry to keep you waiting. I think the '79 may go to a new owner with the TBI harness in it.

I have a 88 5.0 TBI off a z28. No intake, ecm, harness, or dis though.. Your for a cheap price if you want

Thanks for the offers but ive found a complete 91 350 with everything locally

Well that deal fell through. So im interested in a 305 tbi setup(no engine, just tbi, ecm, dizzy, and sensors) again or a complete 350 tbi with everything icluding engine
