I have the rear,and you can get a 32 spline flange from a later model dodge front out-put.I am out of those right now,but I might be able to come up with one.

What does the flange need to fit? 1330, 1350, or 3r?
The flange from the front output on a Dodge 208 is 32 spline, and will fit either the 1330 cv, or 3R cv. Can ship you both for $100

The flange off any 208/241 will fit the 32spline 205 outputs not just Dodge.You will need to use a national #18752 seal and probably have to remove or turn down the slinger alittle so it doesnt contact the retainer.

I'd say its a 3r CV. Just standard smallish 1/2 ton stuff I guess. I"ll let you know inside of 24! Thanks.
