How much longer is this than the short one?

No shiit, Sherlock.

I want to know specifically. Doing some crunching in my head to see what other combo can be jerryrigged and possibly a small spacer made.

Ok, whats the shaft length difference between the 400 that had a 203 behind it and a 400 with this long input 205?

Trying to see if I could use this long input and mate it to a 400 with the short output from a 203 and use the standard 400/205 figure 8 adaptor. Maybe a spacer needs to be made between the 400 and adaptor?

I've always thought the middle length and longer shafts used the other t-cases. In other words, the middle one should be using the short 205 and the longer one uses the long 205, 208 and 241.

After I made the post above, this little issue stuck in my head for the remainder of the night until right now when I'm making this post.

I retract my comments from above. The pic shown above is correct. I don't know what I was thinking but after pondering on several crap I've had and dealt with in the past, it came to my head that the listings above on the tailshafts are correct lengths and which t-cases will fit.

I think I need to retire and get out of the truck industry. I need a new hobby.

What do the numbers say for measurement on the far 2 left shafts? I remember the 3rd shaft (longer one) for the short 205 being somewhere like 4 9/16" stickout? Or was it 3 9/16"?

What were the actual numbers for each shaft stickout?
