I have stock width rims and would like to know if i could get away with a 12.50 on them, I dont believe this question has been asked. Any help would be nice.

They should.. what is stock, 15x8? dont go any wider than 12.50s unless your tire height goes up..that gives your sidewalls more distance which equals less angle. Make sure you wont rub when turning because of the width, what size do you have now? Flex it and turn it, see how far the tire is away from fenders.. That will give you an idea of if thell fit. Add an inch to each side of the tires tread if your coming from 10.50s

Also, you can take a ruler and measure 8 inches inside the new tire, this will give you a basic idea of how much angle there will be on the sidewalls. Remember full air pressure will make the sidewalls bulge out even more.

Hope this helps..

Myself and also another local (Jaysbeast) had 12.5 wide tires on 15" factory 7" wide aluminum rims, on our Burbs, they were fine,,,

and yes, they DEFINATELY fit on an 8" wide rim,,,,i personally like the look of them on the 8" wide rim over the 10" rim

speaking of Jaysbeast, i haven't heard from him in awhile

Jaysbeast,,,,before it was all cut up and wheeled the crap out of,,,,,,

those are the factory aluminum wheels, with 33/12.5 15" tires, i bought them a short time after when he upgraded to bigger wheels and tires :D

Awesome guys, at a full lock turn I have 2 inches to spare on each side. This is going on my dailydriver/only truck and its a 2wd with 1ton suspension.

and before anyone asks about the name I signed up wanting a k30, then got switched to a k5 from hanging around here, then I graduated highschool and recieved the old family truck.

Here is some pictures. looking at these pictures I need to put the door I bought from Nate on...
