***SOLD*** I have decided to switch to Yukon lockouts because I didn't want to ruin another set of Spicer hubs (you see what I mean in the pictures below).
I have 1 complete set of lockouts I ran in my K5 and crew cab for 8 years. This set came with the axle from a 79 K30. The inner gear has been broached to accept 35 spline outers. Only serious issue I ever had was a broken spring, that's why I only have 3 springs available. The outer chrome ring has a little blemishing and a bit of rock rash you can see in pictures below. The dials I purchased NOS in the box (box is in picture below) a couple of years ago but they've only been installed/used for about a year. You will see there is some wear on the back of the inner gear where it rides on the spindle.
The extra parts I bought from a fella on Pirate4x4 a few years ago include a set of 30 spline inner gears. One of them has quite a bit of wear on the back side that rides against the spindle; I tried to provide a picture that shows the groove. The dials I got from him are in decent shape. They almost look like they were a different color and died yellow which has faded almost white where it's exposed to the sun. There is a process to dye them again.
Also included are my original outer chrome rings that are very rock rashed, but they are still functional. There is also my original dials that I had painted yellow and you can see the paint has flaked off. I only painted the part that's visible, the rest is the original color.
There are not quite enough parts to make 2 complete sets. It is short a pair of the internal rings that the little allen screws in the outer part of the lockouts thread into. And as I mentioned, the group is short 1 spring.
I will say these hubs can be hard to unlock. But I've found that to be true of the Yukon lockouts I have now. I made a little tool with a PVC pipe tee that works really well. That being said, I NEVER worried about them breaking. These have been in my Dana 60 for 8 years with a locker and alloy axle shafts.
I would like to sell everything together; ***SOLD*** I'm located near Greeley, CO for local pickup.
