So before I put the D60 under the Jimmy, I want to upgrade the stub shafts & hubs. I have to replace the hubs anyway. I haven't found many places that sell kits besides 4wdfactory. They only offer Yukon shafts. The 1541h and 4340 (chinese). What's a better shaft?

And where would you buy them?

Going with the Warn Premium hubs and a non-greasable u-joint.

Baseline 4x4 is a vendor on pirate that gave me a good quote on what you're looking for. There are a few vendors on here but if you check in the axle vendor section on pirate you will find a ton of shops selling this stuff.

Ive had my yukons in for a year now, no breakages. I got mine through ORD.

Ive managed to blow a lockright up as well.......going to try a yukon grizzly next.

I have the Yukon 35-spline stubs, Spicer greasable joints, and new non-necked Spicer inners with drive flanges. No failures after years of use after wasting a necked-down inner and a few 30-spline stubs. A buddy runs Yukon inner and outers with Superjoints on 42's and a very torquey big block that gets BEAT on regularly with no issues.
