Running 33 x 12.5 x 15 w/ 2" rough country lift with 5150s. Id like to go to 35 x 10.5. How much issues will there be? Would like to avoid trimming but not opposed to it either. want to stick with my lift, dont want to get into zero rates or shackle flips or anything crazy.

Pics???

Definitely trimming but with them being that skinny it might be less drastic. Might need to lop off the corners and then be alright

That chart doesnt have 35 x 10.5, but I figure some trimming will be required. was hoping to see a pic or two.

Mine is 35 x 12.5 with a 2.5" lift and just a little bit of bending the fender corners just a bit. Nothing huge though. I have some threads out there with some pics but I'm on my phone right now.....

That thread is a couple years old. How did it all work out once spring settled? did you end up trimming fenders? Whats it look like now? at full turn of wheels?

I say trim the corners on the front. The rear well opening IIRC is 37.5"
Just don't expect to "flex" it off road, or any hardcore "urban" wheeling lol

No, they are still good. Now if you wheel with it, I'm sure you will get some rubbing. But mine is fine for everyday use on the street. I would think with 10.5 wide tires, you would have just a little more giving room. It is very close to the front lip though so if your suspension is going to move around a lot, you may have to end up trimming.....

Ok. good to know. Ive already trimmed up the front just for "cosmetics"

Ive thought about trimming the back of the front fender and even opening the rear wheel wells to match the front opening.

That's me. I have a 2 1/2" lift rolling on 35x13.5x15" Krawlers.

Front fender before the work started. At this point I was on 33's.

I cut the front fenders all the way back to the firewall. and extended the inner fender all the back to the rock slider after I shortened it by 6".

It was rubbing on the inner fender on the rear so I cut out along the factory lines.

Then I made a piece to inboard the rear inner about an 1 1/2"

...and burned it in.

i ran 39.5x13.5x16in iroks with a 2.5inch lift. i did a bunch of trimming but it can be done. the key is to keep the tires inside the fenders that way when you flex they tuck up inside the fenders rather then hitting the fender lip

Wow Pblaze, I can't believe you were getting rubbing. What is the backspacing on those rims? I get a tiny, almost unnoticeable amount in the rear.:dunno:
Then again I am a smidge taller. Kinda glad I haven't had to do that.

The back spacing is 3.75".
The tires are pretty wide and remember the 10 bolts are narrower than the 14BFF and what bump stops?

The rubbing in the rear inner should go away when I put my big boy axles on.
