Looking to sell this baby to get some funds for other projects..
Looking to sell this motor, I pulled it apart 2 weeks ago to verify innards, its a 350 4-bolt main block from an 88-95 chevy truck. It has the tapped roller rocker guideplate locations in the lifter valley. I have the block, crank, heads, rods, pistons, oil pan and valve covers for this. In order to run again it will need to be cleaned up, crank ground/polished (or new crank), new bearings, rings and possibly valve guides/valves. I was told this was a high mileage motor that ran ok but burnt some oil (presumably bad rings) and had low oil pressure (worn bearings). Didn't use coolant at all. Asking $200 or best offer for everything, will consider trade/partial trade for 67-72 Chevy truck leaf spring rear axle with 3.73 gears (posi, locker or not). Can deliver to metro area or around ames, IA (where I'm going to school) for a few bucks gas money.
