Co-worker is selling a Devilbiss 60 gallon compressor for $350.00. It's a single stage, 6 HP, 14 cfm (12.4 @ 40 psi, 10.2 @ 90 psi) unit. It's about 5 years old, has a water trap already installed, and he's selling it because it isnt color coordinated with his other tools. Due to that fact, I'm thinking it hasn't been used much.

Thinking it's a pretty good deal, but was wondering if I should hold out for something better?

I bought mine (exactly like yours but different brand) for $400 and got a free air tool and hose with it.

Save up another $50 and get a brand new compressor instead.

Is it an oilless type (crap) or the oil in a crankcase style? And I'm with Wes on this not to sure its a great deal:wink1:

Keep in mind future uses. A blasting cabined will eat up those 12 cfm's like it was nothing.
