Looking for a 350 for my truck. I'm either looking for a newish short block or a complete used motor in good shape. I'm not looking for some thing I'm going to have to rebuild. I would prefer it to be local ( manchester, CT ) because shipping would be a killer. I hoping to find some thing in the $800range because moneys tight right now and I need this fast( for my DD). Thanx for looking.

I have a 87-89 short block in the garage. 1 piece rear main. It was "supposed" to had a new crank, timing chain, rings and some crazy cam for NON efi in it. I bought it in a 69 Chevelle I got for parts. I haven't pulled the pan off,yet.

Other than the field mice stuff I found on a piston when I pulled the heads off, the cylinders look good. I'm moving in 3 weeks. I'de 200.00 for it. I'm 2 1/4 hrs away in albany NY.
 
If I can find a way to get it I'll take it ... I think may have a friend going up that way kind of regularly. Unfortunately my truck is the one with the blown motor so I'l have to find a way to pick it up.
 
ok, let me know. I am getting ready to move within a couple weeks. would like it to be gone by then!! I don't have a truck, otherwise I'de offer to run it your way. The only blazer I could put it in, doesn't have much rear floor left!!

would you be willing to sell with out the tbi crap and accessories ? All I need is a long block. I 'm just going to swap over all my accessoires, flywheel , intake and carb. BTW how long has it been sitting ?
 
I have a complete 86 350 out of a burb,all you would have to do is put it in and start it. I was going to use this motor for my Landcruiser project, but I decided to tare down my blazer with the TBI engine and use it instead.It runs great and doesn`t use oil or smoke.
Give me your zip code and I can check on shipping tomorrow. I will try to keep the price of the motor and shipping under $800.

I have a 350 for sell. The valve cover gaskets are gone but there is very little miles on the engine. I will sell it ASIS for $200.00.
