350 question

ok my question for you engine guru's. i just recently put on a tbi that was in better condition then my older tbi. now when i crank it up it runs really lopey like it wants to cut off. but after maybe 20 seconds it runs normal. anyone know why.

ok update, i put on another IAC and it still does it, then after that 20 secs it seems like it idles a tad low, then if you tap the gas then it idles fine, and if you turn the motor off and turn it back on it start and idles fine.
