Find a K3500 that has a 454TBI in it, steal the BBC, put your SBC in it and sell it /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

If you are gonna keep the 350, here is a list of stuff you can do:

-Injector spacer
-Edelbrock TBI intake
-Vortec heads
-Little more aggressive cam
-Vacuum referenced Fuel pressure regulator

If you may need exhaust work in the near future, a set of headers will be great bang for the buck.

If you don't necessarily need exhaust work yet, they will tend to be a little pricey, but with Vortec heads and intake being around $800, they should come in well under that. They are great heads, just a fairly pricey swap on a TBI or TPI vehicle.

Don't use any of those spacers, many car mags have dynoed them, they NEVER make more power. Last month one of the car mags (either Hot Rod or Car Craft) did some work to their TBI and gained 20% at the rear wheels and there is more next month. I can look it up for you if you wish.

Whats the part # or vendor for those vacuum fuel regulators? Gotta get me one of those /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

[/ QUOTE ] Main power increase was a set of ported up Vortec heads.
