350 TBI vs. 454 carb compatibility?

Been doing a little thinking, and a little reading. I have a 350TBI in my truck now and have located a carb'ed 454. I know the TBI will have to be changed for a 454 one with the OEM adapter to the intake, and a 454 chip added. Most of the sensors will change over as well. Will the 350 distributor work on the 454? Will the TH400 flywheel work with the 700R? Thanks in advance.

Yes the TBI 350 dist. will work in the 454. and the flexplates should be the same..
