350 TBI, whats it worth?

I am contemplationg swapping a diesel in my truck as gas is killing me. I am just curious to what yall think a 350 TBI with ecm, throttle body,harness, accesories, belts, and headers is worth? its a crate motor and has about 35K on it. If I do the swap, I dont know if I want to hold onto and use in a toyota or something or sale it....

i want to buy the headers if its not a AIR type of headers.. i dont know whats the engine n etc worth.. just let me know what u want to do.. thanks.
