Yesterday I was driving around after just pulling the doors off, which is great to do, its hot and I live in Branson, mo, where anybody that has ever been here knows how the traffics if, So im sitting on a hill waiting to turn and hit the gas and nothing just reved up but no go, So I pull it down into 1st and it hits the gear and goes. Made a funny noise and went on like normal. Today everything is shifting normal... Should I be worried?

Check your fluid level. Could be that it's a little low and being on the hill did you in while sitting there. You could also pull the pan to mke sure the filter hasn't fallen off or is plugged.

Will do. Thanks. What does the filter do anyways? I dont know anything about trans? and little about motors. Is it hard to change?

If the filter is clogged your tranny won't get enough fluid, like running low + I think if its clogged you fluid temp could go up, and if it fell off it wouldn't be sucking fluid though the tranny expecially on an incline. Its not that hard to change but can be messy if there's not a drain plug, while you got the pan off you could always install a drain plug kit too. Don't forget to let it cool down before taking the pan down.
