350 Vs. 379

Hrmmmm...I had a guy offer me a dual plane once and it had two CDR valve holes. Guess they weren't all that way?
 
On the pictures:

Top: dual plane J-code, however it almost looks like a low profile like used on vans. It would work but required some modification of the factory air cleaner.

Middle: this is off a Hummer, as shown by the orientation of the air cleaner studs (or holes for them) and low profile. Would require significant mods to the air cleaner

Lower: EGR intake as noted by the round cast portion in the center of the intake where the EGR valve would sit.

From my understanding early J-codes had dual CDR's but later models did not. My '90 had a single CDR C-code intake in which was replaced with a later model single plenum J-code with only a single CDR.
