Hi all I'm looking for some opions on a 350 vs 454 in a 98 4wd dually.I like the trk and all but in has a 350 instead of the 454.Should I pass on the trk beacause of the motor all the rest is good ,but i got reservations that the 350 isn't enough motor for a trk that big its a k3500 quad cab dually and I want to pull a 18 ft car trailer. Thanks in advance

I prefer the big block. I've got a couple and they don't get any less fuel mileage than the small blocks anyway, especially when you are working them hard. It takes "X" amount of fuel to get "X" amount of weight around.

Having owned the exact truck you are describing (98 3500 4wd) get the 454. that 350 is just gutless when you start pulling serious weight.
