I need help fellas!

I have an 84 k5 with a 350 small block crate motor in it.

I bought a 454 tbi adapter plate so I can "bolt on" 350 tbi stuff. I really need some guidance on how I mount the sensor brackets and exactly how the throttle cable attaches to the tbi. Has anyone done this? Anyone have pics?

The stock TBI sensor brackets won't work properly - in the same position, anyway. The TBI intake is a lot different than the carb intake.

You could always use a TBI intake. The center two bolts on both sides need to be drilled so they match the angle of all the other bolt holes.

i did that redrill and decided that i didn't like it so i got an adapter

Yeah, you can use a large cap HEI if you have a fully computer controlled one. My 86 K5 is a california model so it had a computer controlled everything (Carb, dizzy, etc.). Not sure what years have it, but there are some floating out there.....maybe mid 80's before the TBI came out????
