I am swapping to an LS and need to get rid of my trusty small block.
This engine has low miles maybe 25k I don't have exact mileage as I have swapped the dash so the odo is off.
The engine has a balanced and blueprinted lower end, its a 4 bolt main. cast crank and rods, flat top pistons. It has a fluidampr balancer, 462624 heads off a crate engine that are also new, along with all the gaskets in the top end. Edelbrock performer manifold, holley 600 vac sec carb. Rv cam (don't have specs its small). All valve train is std. This will come with all of the accy, including the PS pump, alternator (60amp) waterpump with all the brackets. Engine $800 OBO
This is currently in a 78 K5 and if someone desires I also have a complete Thorley exhaust on the truck which happens to be California smog legal. So if you wanted the complete engine with the exhaust we might be able to work something out. I am thinking ENGINE+ exhaust 1100 OBO
This combo has passed smog numerous times and I can prove that with paperwork. It has been very reliable and has not been driven much in the past 5-10 years with the exception of little wheeling trips. The engine does not leak oil or have any weird traits to worry about. Doesn't burn oil or anything.
Feel free to make me an offer maybe trades for LS stuff.
I have some spares to go with this depending on the deal I might hook you up.
