36\" SuperSwampers w/4\'rough country suspension

My 76 Blazer has a 4" Rough Country Full Spring Suspension and I'm running 14/35-15 Monster Mudders. The tech sheet for these tires spec the OD as 36". The Tech sheet for 36-12.50/15 Super Swamper Radials spec the OD as 35.8. My question is If I run MM without any problems can I run the SS radials?
