37 inch Irok Bias or similar

I need a spare tire, I bought rim from Summit and still need a tire. Currently running 37x16x14 Interco Irok but Im getting less and less picky.

I decided to just buy the wheel since I need to make my carrier etc. but I still need a tire in the 16x10 inch wheel and approximately 37 inches tall variety. Anyone?
