38 - 40 inch tires for 16.5

I'm looking for a set of tires for my 16.5 rims.
Closer to NJ the better.
I have some cash and stuff to trade up or down.

i have a brand new set of bias 40" hawgs all 4 . mounted on 16.5x12" wide rims chrome nugget rims like bart super truckers.

1 spare bogger 39.5 hold air on 16.5x10" wide rim wagon wheel like new old rim.

I just got some Military oz take offs, the 36's, at the local COOP for $47 a tire and they have like 90% tread left, if not better. Thats cheap to me.
