38"-40"x11"-15"x16"+ TSLs or Boggers

Hey there, I need some tires. Looking for 38"-40"x11"-15"x16"+ TSLs or Boggers with or without wheels. I am also looking for some 8 lug (not metric) wheels but nothing fancy. Maybe 16x12 or so. I would like to be able to pick them up with in a couple hundred miles of the Kansas City area. Thank you.
