38" Michelin XL's + 16x7rims

I have a used set (4)of the 38" x 11 Michelin XL's they are still mounted on the military rims I am also including 4 used 16x7 5 spoke 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern,I believe American racing rims. I sandblasted the face of them and painted with rustoleum aluminum color. I would like to sell as a package right now $650 located in Westminster MD 21157 zip.

I'll grab some in the am. I think when I measured them before it averaged 3/8" so probably go another 100k on one of our trucks. I can also help with delivery on East coast.
