There was a post here a while back that warned about the use of the flares if you decide to do the off-roading. I guess the gentleman brushed a tree or rock and broke part of it. As we all know...fiberglass is not so forgiving when stressed. BigBurg is right....
Thanks for your help, just for the record I have to say that the bushwacker brand flares have never given me any problem off road before, Of course I haven't bashed them on a rock or tree yet either(fingers crossed). But I have to have them here so that my tires will be legal. Thanks again for the help
Both of my front flares are cracked now. A little pounding and there they go. They still look good and keep some of the mud off of the windows. I love em, they look aggresive and give you more room for those big meats !!

I have had my cut-outs on the Burb for almost 3 years and both rear ones are in perfect shape and the front one got ate by my old 44x19.5x16.5 Boggers(that was with 12" lift and 3" body lift, cut-out flares and it still hit)the other a tree knocked it off(broke it loose from the rivets) it was an easy fix.
